Basic features of RoboForm-L

The "RoboForm L" machine is a jigging machine with a roller-gear injection unit for depositing products on a continuous feed. The width of the hearth is possible from 600 mm to 1100 mm.
The machine consists of: a jigging unit , a bed, and a control Cabinet with a display. The jigging unit, when depositing cookies of volumetric forms, has an up-and -down, forward-and -back movement synchronized with the speed of the oven belt.

Roller-gear unit
  • The jigging unit consists of a hopper , a discharge unit, a gear pump and a forming unit.Extended and straightened channels for passing the test eliminate the need to push the test manually.

Bunker
  • The hopper is a container for various types of confectionery masses and serves as a source of material for the forming unit.
  • The hopper can have built-in electric heating.

Security
  • Safety measures are provided in the test machine in such a way that operator access to the working parts of the equipment is completely excluded.
  • When the hopper is opened, the program is not interrupted, but only the rotation of the shafts is blocked .

Discharge unit
  • The delivery unit consists of a composite housing and two shafts installed in it .Shafts, rotating towards each other, provide the supply of confectionery mass to the gear pump. The mass feed rate is determined by the speed of rotation of the shafts and the speed of rotation of the gear pump, which can be adjusted from the control panel.

  • Otsadnogo cookies - up to 30 cycles per minute.
